The maintenance contract includes a preventive and a corrective component. Corrective maintenance is the procedure for resolving faults and failures. To this end we work with a specialist technical department. In the event of a fault, they are capable of swiftly making the equipment operational again in view of the fact that their proficiency with the equipment is comprehensive. Furthermore, the technical service has a workshop for the purposes of repairing a large number of parts in-house. In consultation, we will stock a number of vital components for each system so as to be able to respond quickly to major faults.
